- Dobrich Art Gallery
- Art Gallery - Dobrich is a city museum of fine arts, located in the administrative center of the North - Eastern region with the same name - Dobrich and specializing all kinds of museum activities. It is a cultural institute, participating in the accomplishment and implementation of the regional policy, regarding preservation, study and popularization of fine arts. The Gallery works for the benefit of the local community. It encourages and popularizes the local creative groups. It works for various public groups. The Gallery is "open" for new contacts with national and foreign cultural institutions and implementation of various projects.

Paper art
The only collection of paper works in the country is exposed in one of the halls. For already 10 years the gallery has been the organizer of Paper International Symposium that offers to artists from different countries the possibility to experiment with unusual materials and techniques, to exchange creative ideas and to create unconventional pieces of art made of paper. Priority in the project is the ecological aspect based on the use of waste paper and recycling it. Waste paper is mixed with water and from the paper pulp received are created all the works exhibited here. Works of plastic arts, installations, collages and other forms of hand paper reveal the rich plastic potential of the material.
the cells - space for contemporary art
Works of contemporary visual art - installations, video-art etc have been shown in 10 authentic well preserved lock-ups, dating back to the time of communism when the building was used by the police for detention.
gallery and the children project
Activities for children aget 3 to 6 are organized. Student lectures, video shows, multimedia presentations and meetings with artists are held within the Gallery and School project.
